Requirements:

• Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in data engineering, including SQL, NoSQL, Kafka, ETL Tools, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in DataOps, specifically with AWS - DMS and Airflow, Terraform, and Docker, is required.
• Experience with data warehousing solutions, preferably Snowflake, as a developer is necessary.
• Candidates should have at least 2 years of programming experience in Python.
• Familiarity with data testing is expected.
• Deep expertise in data pipelines, streaming data, and ETL workflows, with a preference for DBT, is required.
• Strong soft skills are important to maintain the positive atmosphere of the team.
• Knowledge of the Polish language for team communication is necessary.
• B2 level English skills are required for meetings with US teams.
• Candidates must have tax residency status in Poland.
• Experience with AI is a plus.
• The expected monthly compensation range is 24k PLN - 28.5k PLN, with potential for exceptional candidates to exceed this budget.
