The Senior Data Engineer will lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines that process data from various external client systems.

Responsibilities include taking ownership of architectural decisions, system design, and ensuring production readiness of data systems.

Requirements:

A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines.
Proven expertise in Python and SQL for data engineering tasks is essential.
A strong understanding of lakehouse architecture and data modeling concepts is required.
Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Apache Spark is necessary.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure is required.
A track record of integrating data from external systems, APIs, and databases is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead through ambiguity are necessary.
Excellent communication and documentation habits are required.
