The Senior Data Engineer will design, build, and optimize data pipelines, automations, and internal data tools that support all aspects of the business.
The role involves integrating data from various systems, including product and CRM, to enhance analytics, automation, and operational efficiency.
The primary technologies used include SQL, Python, Javascript, AWS, Snowflake, Prefect, Pipedream, dbt, and Sigma.
Responsibilities include designing and maintaining ETL/ELT data pipelines, automating data workflows, integrating business systems, developing data enrichment pipelines, building internal data tools, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, and supporting analytics efforts.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
Proficiency in SQL and Python is required for data pipelines and automation.
Experience with dbt or similar data modeling tools is necessary.
Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses is expected.
Knowledge of APIs and experience integrating various data sources is essential.
Experience with CRM and business systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Stripe is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of projects are important.
Candidates should be able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Effective communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions are necessary.
