Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in backend and data engineering, with strong system design skills.
Practical proficiency in cloud technologies, ideally GCP, is required, with expertise in tools like BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, or similar.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, such as GitLab CI, and infrastructure as code is necessary.
A strong focus on data quality, governance, and building scalable, automated workflows is essential.
Experience in designing self-service data platforms and infrastructure is required.
Proven ability to mentor and support others, fostering data literacy across teams, is necessary.
A strong understanding of schema designs and dimensional data modeling is beneficial.
