Remote Senior Data Engineer

Description:

• Motive is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the core data team in building world-class data models and pipelines for their products.
• The role involves working on various data streams within the company, including IOT data and user data, in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Strategic Analytics teams.
• The Senior Data Engineer will contribute to the creation of new data infrastructure to support Enterprise client needs and will be involved in integrating the latest technology into the product.
• Responsibilities include building data pipelines, designing data models, deploying Data Ops, and working with tools like airflow, AWS, and dbt.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Math, Economics, or Statistics is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Data Engineering, including building modeled tables, is necessary.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data engineering stack (dbt, airflow, AWS) is essential.
• The candidate must have a willingness to learn new technologies and possess solid communication, collaboration, and people skills.
