Description:
3Pillar is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their team in Guatemala, focusing on software development and data analytics solutions.
The role involves understanding business requirements, writing code, implementing solutions, managing versioning and changes, building and maintaining ETL processes, ensuring data quality, and debugging data processes.

Requirements:
Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a data engineer or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using libraries such as Panda and NumPy is required.
In-depth knowledge of AWS services including S3, Lambda, GLUE ETL, Athena, RDS, Redshift, and EC2 is essential.
Basic SQL skills and experience with both relational and non-relational databases, particularly MongoDB, are necessary.
Candidates should have strong experience in writing ETL processes and integrating data from multiple sources based on business needs.
Familiarity with AWS/GCP data engineering services is preferred.
Proficiency in the English language is required.
