Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines using tools like dbt, Airbyte, Redshift, and Sigma, and ensuring data governance and security practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in data engineering.
Proven experience in building and maintaining ETL pipelines and data infrastructure, preferably with Airbyte, Redshift, and Sigma.
Strong experience with dbt core/cloud is required.
Candidates should be business savvy and capable of interfacing with finance, revenue, and operations leaders.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing data teams is essential.
Expertise in data governance, best practices, and data security, particularly concerning PII, is necessary.
Proficiency in SQL and Python, along with experience working in AWS, is required.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment are important.
Excellent communication skills are needed to collaborate across teams and departments.
