Sleek is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join their growing team.
The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities include developing robust ETL/ELT pipelines, maintaining data models, managing cloud-based data platforms, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring data quality and security, optimizing data systems, and staying updated with industry trends.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) is required.
Familiarity with big data frameworks like Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and BigQuery is necessary.
Strong expertise in programming languages such as Python and NodeJS is essential.
Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and their associated data services is required.
Expertise in modern data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
