Remofirst is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join their team in Almaty, Astana, or Baku, with the option for remote work.
The Data Engineer will take ownership of the design and development of data pipelines, connecting backend systems seamlessly.
Responsibilities include analyzing and organizing raw data, building data systems and pipelines, evaluating business needs, interpreting trends, conducting complex data analysis, preparing data for modeling, building algorithms, and enhancing data quality.
The role involves collaboration with front-end developers, designers, stakeholders, and Data Analysts to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 5+ years of experience as a data engineer or in a similar role.
Technical expertise in data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques is required.
Proficiency in Python, AWS Lambda, or other scripting languages is necessary.
Experience with Power BI or AWS QuickSight is expected.
Hands-on experience with SQL database design is required.
Familiarity with data pipeline management technologies, particularly Apache Airflow, is essential.
Candidates should possess great numerical and analytical skills, along with meticulous attention to detail for data validation and quality assurance.
A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a similar field is required.
A data engineering certification, such as IBM Certified Data Engineer, would be a plus.
