Uniswap Labs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join their dynamic data engineering team.
The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing data analytics infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making processes.
Key responsibilities include developing scalable data pipelines, implementing data integration solutions, and optimizing data storage and retrieval processes.
The engineer will develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business analytics.
Collaboration with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders is essential to understand data needs and provide robust solutions.
The role also includes implementing data validation processes, establishing data governance policies, and conducting regular audits for data quality.
The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and communicate complex data insights effectively.
Continuous improvement is a focus, with an emphasis on staying current with trends and technologies in data engineering and analytics.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL is necessary.
Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark and data warehousing solutions such as BigQuery or Snowflake is required.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Scala is essential.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is needed.
A strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration.
Benefits:
The minimum full-time salary for this position ranges from $196,000 to $217,000, with additional compensation elements including equity, tokens, and benefits.
Full-time employees receive company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for themselves and their dependents.
A gym subsidy, 401(k) with a 4% employer contribution, and an annual $1,500 education stipend are included.
