The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the growth of gaming and consumer apps.
The Ad-Network Team, consisting of around 30 members, focuses on monetizing inventory directly with advertising partners using advanced technological solutions.
The Senior Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms.
Responsibilities include building and managing data pipelines, architecting lakehouse solutions, ensuring data quality and compliance, automating infrastructure provisioning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The role also involves mentoring data engineers, monitoring performance issues, and staying updated on data engineering trends.
This position can be done fully remote from France.

Requirements:

Candidates must have extensive experience in data engineering or platform engineering roles.
Strong programming skills in Python and Java are required.
A strong experience with modern data stacks such as Spark, Kafka, DBT, Airflow, and Lakehouse is necessary.
A deep understanding of distributed systems, data architecture, and performance tuning is essential.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is required.
Solid experience operating data services in Kubernetes, including Helm, resource tuning, and service discovery is needed.
A strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and security best practices is crucial.
Knowledge of CI/CD principles and DevOps practices in a data environment is expected.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are mandatory.
