• The Senior Data Engineer will be a key member of the Enterprise Data and Technology (EDT) team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated software and data platforms.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data engineering, focusing on data architecture, ETL, and database management.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/Pyspark and Java/Scala is essential.
• Expertise in big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka is required.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL and experience with various database technologies, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases, is necessary.
• Experience in building complex end-to-end data pipelines and familiarity with orchestration tools like Jenkins and Airflow is expected.
• Candidates should be able to work in an Agile environment and have the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, are required.
