Description:
We are looking for a Senior Data Intelligence Analyst to help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
This role is instrumental in shaping data strategy, improving data literacy, and developing analytics solutions that enhance our product offerings.
The candidate will serve as a strategic bridge between business units and data analytics, translating stakeholder needs into meaningful insights.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing data models, governance frameworks, and literacy programs to enhance data-driven decision-making.
The analyst will design and deliver training programs for stakeholders with varying levels of data expertise.
Building and maintaining Tableau reports and dashboards to illustrate key company objectives and performance indicators (OKRs/KPIs) is also a key responsibility.
The role involves acting as a stakeholder consultant, shaping data questions, defining necessary attributes, and driving insights beyond standard reporting.
The analyst will execute complex data analyses, reporting, and visualization efforts.
Utilizing SQL, Python, and other programming languages to create data workflows, tables, and assets in a data-lake environment is required.
Collaboration with the Data Intelligence Manager to develop and implement impactful data products is essential.
Maintaining industry best practices for data modeling, governance, and literacy is expected.
Requirements:
The candidate must have 7+ years of experience in data reporting, analytics, and visualization.
Expertise in data modeling and Medallion Architecture is required.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data processing and workflow automation is necessary.
Strong experience with Tableau for reporting and dashboard development is essential.
Project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently, are required.
The candidate must have a proven ability to train diverse users on data platforms and products.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, are necessary.
US Citizenship is required for this position.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field is required, with a Master’s preferred.
