Ebury is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their Data Platform Engineering team.
The Data team is responsible for developing and maintaining Ebury’s Data Warehouse, serving the entire company.
Responsibilities include building ETLs and data pipelines, providing clean and transformed data for analysis, developing data models, and automating solutions for high-value analysis.
The role requires a strong focus on building and optimizing data platforms, enhancing frameworks, and supporting analytics and ML initiatives.
The position involves collaboration with data analysts and engineering teams to ensure a scalable, secure, and efficient data platform.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL and Python is required.
Experience with modern data stack tools is a plus.
Familiarity with dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts is necessary.
A basic understanding of data governance practices is expected.
Experience with software engineering practices in data is required.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality are essential.
Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
