Remote Senior Data (PowerBi) Engineer - GP

Description:

• The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for organizing the client's system data into dashboards and on-demand reports.
• The role involves working closely with the DBA to understand the current data structure and propose improvements.
• Responsibilities include normalizing tables, cleaning up data, improving foreign keys and indexes relationships, and separating transactional data from reporting data to enhance application performance.
• The Senior Data Engineer will also assist in creating new reports and enhancing existing reports.

Requirements:

• Experience with database normalization is required for this position.
• Proficiency in working with ETL tools is necessary.
• Strong experience with SQL Server is a must.
• Familiarity with reporting and BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI is essential.
