• DeleteMe is seeking a Senior Data Privacy Specialist to join their team in the United States.
• The role is fully remote and falls under the United States Privacy Operations department.
• The specialist will oversee B2B US and international report types, ensuring performance is in the top 5% of the team's core metrics.
• Responsibilities include leading process improvements and developing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• The specialist will provide mentorship and training for team members, particularly supporting new hires during their onboarding process.
• The position requires dedicating 25% of work hours to project work and improvement initiatives as discussed with the Manager of Privacy Operations.
• The specialist will also identify and resolve site/tooling issues while proactively anticipating operational challenges.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have intermediate proficiency in operational tools such as Asana, Jira, and Confluence, as well as data interpretation skills.
• Strong leadership skills are essential, with the ability to mentor team members and drive process changes.
• Excellent communication skills are required to effectively present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to implement scalable solutions.
