Remote Senior Data Quality Analyst

Description:

• cBEYONData is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Quality Analyst to support a multi-year SAP S/4 HANA modernization effort for a Federal customer.
• The role focuses on IT transformation, leveraging subject matter experts to transform business processes, requirements development, change management, and human-centered design.
• The Senior Data Quality Analyst will support the Data Management Workstream Lead in driving data quality activities and coordinating across functional teams and with PMO/System Integrator.
• Responsibilities include managing and mentoring Junior Data Quality Analysts, leading data issue identification and correction, and standardization and deduplication efforts.
• The analyst will lead data profiling using tools to analyze data quality, completeness, and structure for all data types.
• They will complete the Data Quality column in the Data Object inventory template and delegate tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• The role involves developing and enforcing data quality standards, rules, and best practices to improve the accuracy and consistency of critical data assets.
• The analyst will partner with master data governance team members to maintain and improve the quality of master data across key domains.
• Monitoring data integration processes to ensure master data accuracy across the program is also a key responsibility.
• Collaboration with data stewards, business units, and other system teams to define and enforce data governance policies is essential.
• The analyst will lead initiatives to automate data quality monitoring and validation processes and streamline data quality workflows.
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards and identifying risks associated with poor data quality are also part of the role.

Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret security clearance is required for this position.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is necessary.
• Candidates must have 6 years of related work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, with the ability to work with diverse teams and influence senior management.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities is crucial.
• Candidates must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Expert skills in data management tools such as Collibra are required.
