Description:
- Lead a team of data scientists in developing advanced analytics solutions to drive business impact.
- Manage end-to-end data science projects, from problem formulation to model deployment and validation.
- Develop predictive models, forecasting models, and optimization models using regression analysis, classification, clustering, and deep learning techniques.
- Explore and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights and identify patterns and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
- Mentor and coach data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
- Hold a Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Possess 8+ years of experience in data science, focusing on predictive modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
- Demonstrate leadership experience in successfully leading data science teams and delivering impactful insights.
- Proficient in Python or R for data analysis and modeling, with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and machine learning algorithms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for analyzing complex datasets and deriving actionable insights.
