As a Senior Data Scientist, you will build models and collaborate with engineers to integrate customer data, deploying models that deliver high-quality results for enterprise clients.
You will lead the research and development of the GeoLift model, focusing on feature enhancements for accuracy, scalability, and business impact.
The role involves driving experimentation and A/B testing methodologies to evaluate business outcomes statistically.
You will provide scientific leadership and mentor a growing team of scientists while staying updated on industry trends and recommending innovative tools and approaches.
Responsibilities include partnering with the Customer Success team, developing scalable solutions for customer insights, and ensuring high-quality outputs through best practices.

Requirements:

A Master's or PhD in Economics, Statistics, Quantitative Marketing, or equivalent industry/academic experience is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Data Scientist role, specifically in building science models/products for production environments.
Proven experience in causal inference, statistics, and machine learning is essential.
Demonstrated ability to work with customers and cross-functional stakeholders is necessary.
Experience in coding and troubleshooting models built for deployment is required.
Proficiency in Python and SQL is mandatory.
