Craver is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to help lead data initiatives as the company continues to grow.

The Senior Data Scientist will join the Product and Engineering team, responsible for maintaining and building all aspects of Mobile, Web, Restaurant, and Admin clients and infrastructure.

Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python, with experience building complex data systems, is necessary.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure accepted) and modern data architectures is required.
Candidates must excel at stakeholder management and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Deep statistical knowledge to guide strategic decisions through statistical analysis is essential.
Strong incident management experience and the ability to lead teams through critical situations are required.
Exceptional communication skills to influence at all levels of the organization are necessary.
Typically, candidates should have 6+ years of professional data science experience and an advanced degree (Masters or PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven track record of leading data science initiatives in a fast-paced environment and experience building and leading data teams are required.
Demonstrated expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling, along with a strong technical background in distributed systems and big data technologies, is necessary.
