The Senior Data Scientist role is remote and emphasizes building machine learning models, not engineering or data engineering.
The base salary ranges from $110,000 to $160,000 per year, paid bi-monthly.
The position requires experience in performance marketing and lead generation industries, specifically in designing, implementing, optimizing, and testing Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) and recommendation systems.
Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in data science.
The role involves developing deep personalization models and complex optimization algorithms to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue.
The Senior Data Scientist will contribute to the growth of the data science team and improve customer engagement and lead quality.
Responsibilities include designing and integrating machine learning solutions, strategic planning of ML initiatives, and collaborating with various teams to enhance model infrastructure and monitoring.
Success in this role includes innovating ML solutions for business problems, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing data science support throughout project stages.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of related work experience in Data Science and Machine Learning is required.
At least 2 years of experience in the Marketing or Advertising industry is necessary.
A solid background in Machine Learning and Statistics is essential.
Professional experience in designing and implementing Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) solutions and recommendation systems is mandatory.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and familiarity with Data Science tools such as git, Kubernetes, and Docker is required.
Candidates must be able to structure and clarify ambiguity, dividing complex projects into manageable sprints.
Experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP) for creating ML solutions is needed.
Familiarity with the ML model development lifecycle is important.
Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Looker, is required.
Experience in managing a team of data scientists and machine learning researchers, including career development, is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are necessary.
