Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to develop and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions that address critical business challenges.
This role involves working with complex datasets, applying cutting-edge statistical and machine learning techniques, and delivering models that create measurable business value.
The ideal candidate will combine strong mathematical foundations with a pragmatic approach to solving real-world problems.
Key responsibilities include translating complex business problems into mathematical models, performing in-depth exploratory data analysis (EDA), designing and evaluating machine learning models, and collaborating with engineering teams for model deployment.

Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied Mathematics roles is required.
Candidates must have a strong academic foundation in statistics, probability, linear algebra, optimization, and calculus.
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and HuggingFace is essential.
Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade models with demonstrated business impact is necessary.
A deep understanding of ML evaluation metrics, including ROC-AUC, F1, Precision-Recall, and cost-sensitive evaluation, is required.
Familiarity with cloud-based ML services like AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or Azure ML is expected.
Knowledge of model fairness, bias detection, and responsible AI best practices is essential.
