Description:

• Float is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to shape the company's data science capabilities and build the Data Science team.
• The role involves developing a data strategy aligned with Float's goals, identifying key metrics, and establishing data collection and storage processes.
• Responsibilities include enhancing data infrastructure, building and maintaining the data warehouse, and collaborating with the product team to create data-led products.
• The Senior Data Scientist will analyze complex datasets, enhance existing models, and work with all teams to address their data needs.

Requirements:

• Develop a data strategy aligned with Float's objectives, identify key metrics, and establish data collection and storage processes.
• Enhance data infrastructure, determine suitable technologies for data science activities, and build and maintain the data warehouse.
• Collaborate with the product team to develop data-led products and analyze large-scale datasets to derive insights.
• Evaluate and enhance existing models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Work with all teams to understand their data requirements and provide solutions.
