Requirements:

Candidates must have five years of experience within Data Science roles or three years of experience with at least a Master's Degree in a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages is required.
A problem solver's mindset is essential, with the ability to consider a problem from multiple angles and identify appropriate solutions.
Excellent communication skills are necessary; the candidate must be able to translate complex information into actionable, understandable business insights.
It is nice to have experience within the healthcare or insurance industries.
Proficiency in SQL is also a desirable skill.
Technical experience leading projects throughout their lifecycle, from scoping and development to putting them into production, is a plus.
