The Senior Data Scientist will build and deploy lead scoring and recommendations models to enhance the efficiency of the Consumer Solutions business unit.
The role involves scoping, prioritizing, and executing data modeling projects to help cross-sell teams convert leads more effectively.
Responsibilities include developing models to increase sales call conversion rates, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize projects, establishing best practices for model performance measurement, mentoring team members, and guiding Analytics Engineers on data modeling needs.

Requirements:

A Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role is necessary.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience using SQL or a similar language for data manipulation.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience using Python or a similar language for statistical programming is required.
Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in MLFlow and/or AWS Sagemaker, particularly recommender systems or lead scoring models, is essential.
Candidates should have experience evaluating machine learning models and effectively communicating results to non-technical stakeholders.
A demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams is necessary.
Candidates must show the ability to translate business needs into impactful machine learning modeling projects.

The salary for this position ranges from $137,000 to $160,000 per year, with potential eligibility for a bonus.
