Remote Senior Data Scientist

Description:

• Webflow is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to enhance the understanding of customer interactions with their product.
• The role is remote-first, based in Mexico City, and is a full-time permanent position.
• The cash compensation for this role ranges from MXN $809,900 to MXN $1,065,100, depending on the candidate's location and experience.
• The Senior Data Scientist will work closely with product stakeholders to identify business questions and provide data-driven insights.
• Responsibilities include defining success metrics, leading teams in executing experiments, and developing data pipelines to improve customer experience.
• The candidate will collaborate on building new tools and capabilities for data analysis and experimentation.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have business-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Applicants must reside in Mexico City or the surrounding 16 boroughs.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Data Science or similar role is required.
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members' technical skills is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in contributing to strategic roadmaps and providing impactful analysis is necessary.
• Expertise in applied statistics, segmentation, and experimentation is required.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages like Python or R is essential.
• Candidates should be curious about business and product data and thrive in collaborative environments.
• Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences are important.
