Description:

Requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is required; a PhD is a plus.
• Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working on data science projects, particularly in evaluating and adapting novel AI tools and methods.
• Strong proficiency in R and/or Python programming for AI/GenAI is necessary, along with an understanding of SQL for data manipulation; experience with Snowflake is preferred.
• Proven experience in building and evaluating machine learning models is required, with a preference for experience in automating feature engineering and rapidly building MVP models.
• Candidates should have experience in rapidly developing AI prototypes and interactive demos using tools like Gradio or Streamlit.
• Strong communication skills are essential, with a passion for sharing AI concepts and the ability to persuade stakeholders of AI's business value.
