• Discord is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Data+ML team, focusing on the Quests advertising product.

• Responsibilities include partnering with Product and Business teams throughout the lifecycle of marketing solutions, defining metrics for Quest campaign performance, and creating easy-to-use dashboards.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in analytics related to marketing solutions and advertising, with the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into actionable insights.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in building dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or similar software, with proficiency in designing intuitive visualizations is required.
• Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience writing SQL and Python.
• Strong communication skills are necessary to convey complex findings in an understandable manner.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the design, analysis, and interpretation of A/B tests for large-scale user products is required.

Benefits:

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000 - $201,500, plus equity and benefits.
