Description:

• The Insights & Analytics team is responsible for creating new data classes and ensuring data clarity and usability across the company.
• As a Senior Data Scientist, you will shape data-driven decision-making processes and drive impactful insights that advance Virta's mission.
• This role involves hands-on coding and strategic leadership, collaborating with the Product Development group and Commercial Team to create data-driven reports and analyses.
• Responsibilities include serving as the data lead for the Client Product Squad, leading analytics meetings, building data pipelines, and operating within an agile framework.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in Healthcare Analytics or Data Science, working with large datasets and conducting statistical modeling.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with data science and visualization tools such as SQL, R, and/or Python is required.
• An advanced understanding of data storage, ETL frameworks, data transformation, and validation is necessary.
• Experience in building BI dashboards using tools like Looker or Tableau is essential.
• Candidates should have experience leading cross-functional efforts to build scalable systems and data pipelines.
