Description:

SureCost is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to work remotely and report to the VP of Engineering.
The role involves developing predictive analytics features and leveraging generative AI to enhance applications.
Responsibilities include collaborating on AI strategy, developing predictive models, designing generative AI features, owning features from ideation to deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data for insights, and staying updated on AI technologies.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a data scientist or in a related role, with a proven track record in building and deploying data-driven solutions is required.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL is necessary.
Experience with data visualization libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly is required.
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras is essential.
Familiarity with big data frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is needed.
Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines to support analysis and model training is required.
Demonstrated ability to leverage current generative AI platforms for innovative solutions is necessary.
Strong ownership, initiative, planning, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.
The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights is required.
Experience with analytics platforms like Databricks is a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $170k-195k/year, along with an annual bonus based on performance.
