Description:

Fullscript is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their dynamic data team, working remotely from Canada or the USA.
The role involves leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to drive strategic decisions and enhance product offerings.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing statistical models and machine learning algorithms, designing and analyzing A/B tests, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing data pipelines, mentoring junior team members, and communicating analytical findings to diverse audiences.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data science, preferably in product-led, high-growth environments such as SaaS or eCommerce.
A strong foundation in experimental design, causal inference, and statistical analysis is required.
The ability to tackle ambiguous problems, identify key insights, and drive actionable recommendations is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Candidates should possess curiosity and humility, with a willingness to learn and teach.
Proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python or R is required.
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost) and statistical modeling techniques is necessary.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques is expected.
