Jobgether is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Growth for a remote position in the US & Canada.
The role involves providing key insights and developing frameworks to support decision-making and growth strategies for a major product.
Responsibilities include analyzing complex datasets, optimizing user acquisition and retention strategies, and improving the product's long-term success.
The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the product's global reach while maintaining its core values and mission.
Key accountabilities include analyzing datasets to identify trends, designing dashboards and reports, collaborating with game development teams, implementing statistical techniques and machine learning models, conducting experiments, managing ETL pipelines, and improving data collection processes.

Requirements:

A Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field is required; equivalent experience will also be considered.
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in data science, particularly in consumer apps or mobile game applications.
Proven experience in user acquisition campaigns and developing data pipelines, reporting, and visualizations is necessary.
Proficiency in Python (or R), SQL, and statistical modeling tools is required.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or QlikView is essential.
Familiarity with SKAdNetwork, mobile attribution platforms (e.g., Adjust, Singular, AppsFlyer), and methodologies like media mix modeling and incremental measurement is needed.
Exceptional communication skills are required to translate complex data findings into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges are essential.
