Owner.com is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for their Go-To-Market (GTM) team, which is a remote position available to candidates in the United States or Canada.
The company provides an all-in-one platform for restaurants to succeed online, offering tools for website building, online orders, customer relationship management, and marketing automation.
The role involves building data-driven systems to enhance GTM efficiency and improve customer acquisition cost to lifetime value ratios.
The Senior Data Scientist will report to the VP of Business Operations and will work closely with various teams including Growth, Sales, and Marketing.
Candidates should have a passion for identifying inefficiencies and a desire to understand the underlying causes of problems.
The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a commitment to advancing a culture of data discipline and efficiency.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant operational experience.
Proficiency in SQL and Python is required, with additional technical background or education preferred.
A strong background in data science and analytics is necessary, with experience in building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models being a plus.
Candidates should be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for maintaining tidy systems.
Experience in SaaS and/or startups is preferred, and prior experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
A willingness to learn new skills and tools for problem-solving is essential.

The estimated base salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $180,000, along with a generous pre-IPO equity package.
