• The Senior Delivery Solution Architect will be an early engineer in a high-growth startup, working with a team of dynamic engineers to solve complex problems.
• Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues related to the Prophecy IDE, assisting with third-party integrations, and reproducing customer bugs to understand root causes.
• The role involves setting clear expectations with customers, providing best practices guidance, and delivering proactive suggestions for performance improvements.
• The architect will coordinate with engineering for timely resolution of customer issues, participate in documentation creation, and advocate for customer needs.
• The position requires advanced knowledge of Prophecy IDE architecture and administration, and support for customers via chat, email, and video conference.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 6+ years of experience troubleshooting and supporting B2B large enterprise applications.
• Strong experience in production issue resolution and managing all aspects of ETL, including development and debugging.
• Expertise in Spark architecture and experience with Databricks/Snowflake environment configuration and management is required.
• Proficiency in Git and CI/CD technologies, along with technology experience in SQL, Databricks, Hadoop, and Spark is necessary.
• Advanced skills in at least one of Spark, SQL, Airflow, or Kubernetes are essential.
• Candidates should have experience in technical support and escalation, ensuring SLAs are met while seeking improvements in product delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, along with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
• A creative attitude toward problem-solving and an entrepreneurial spirit are important.
• A B Tech or above degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
