The Senior Delivery Solution Architect will be an early engineer in a high-growth startup, working with a team of dynamic engineers to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues related to the Prophecy IDE, assisting with third-party integrations, and reproducing customer bugs to understand root causes.
The role involves setting clear expectations with customers, providing best practices guidance, and delivering proactive suggestions for performance improvements.
The architect will coordinate with engineering for timely resolution of customer issues, participate in documentation creation, and advocate for customer needs.
The position requires advanced knowledge of Prophecy IDE architecture and administration, and support for customers via chat, email, and video conference.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience troubleshooting and supporting B2B large enterprise applications.
Advanced skills in Spark and strong experience in production issue resolution are required.
Experience in managing all aspects of ETL, including development, bug fixing, monitoring, and debugging of jobs is necessary.
Expertise in Spark architecture and experience with Databricks/Snowflake environment configuration and management is essential.
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD technologies, as well as technology experience in SQL, Databricks, Hadoop, and Spark is required.
Candidates should have hands-on technical support experience and ensure SLAs are achieved while seeking improvements in product delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory, along with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
A creative attitude toward problem-solving and an entrepreneurial spirit are important.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field is required.
