Remote Senior Developer

Description:

• NearForm is seeking a Senior Developer based in India for a remote permanent position.
• The role involves translating enterprise clients' requirements into interactive applications using JavaScript (React and Node).
• Responsibilities include supporting component design, development, and maintenance, defining structured practices, designing data storage solutions, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with client teams.
• The position also entails working on cloud-native solutions using industry-leading design and technology.
• The ideal candidate should be outcome-driven, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in English.
• Experience in agile environments, JavaScript Fullstack development, versioning control tools, testing, databases, automation, CI/CD, and software collaboration is required.
• Front End developers should have knowledge of layout aesthetics, responsive design, and mobile web development, while Back End or Full Stack developers should have a deep understanding of SQL Databases.
• Optional experience in Typescript, GraphQL, security, performance considerations, architectural and design patterns, open-source technologies, and analytical skills is a plus.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Significant experience at a Senior Developer level.
• Practical experience in agile environments.
• Knowledge of JavaScript Fullstack development.
• Understanding of JavaScript frameworks, including React and Node.js.
• Proficiency in versioning control tools like Git.
• Experience in testing at all levels and working with databases.
• Familiarity with automation, CI, and CD.
• Experience in software collaboration using pull requests and code reviews.
• Understanding of layout aesthetics, responsive design, and mobile web development for Front End roles.
• Deep understanding of SQL Databases for Back End or Full Stack roles.
• Optional experience in Typescript, GraphQL, security, performance considerations, architectural and design patterns, open-source technologies, and analytical skills.
