Requirements:

• Proficiency in .NET Core 3.1 and Microsoft Bot Framework for building core components.
• Experience with TypeScript and Azure Functions utilizing Node.js for the integration layer.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure services like Functions, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
• Familiarity with CosmosDB and Postgres for data storage.
• Experience with Jest and XUnit for comprehensive test coverage.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps tools such as Azure Pipelines and Releases.
