Description:

  • The Senior Developer Advocate for Platform Enablement position at Dynatrace involves helping developers get started using and developing on the Dynatrace Platform, with a focus on Dynatrace Apps.
  • The role includes collecting and relaying developer feedback, advocating for the developer audience, giving talks at online and in-person events, and creating various content such as blog posts, tutorials, videos, course material, and documentation.
  • Responsibilities also entail improving the developer onboarding experience through workshops, creating demo code and snippets, and supporting the growing developer community to ensure timely assistance.
  • The ideal candidate will be part of an international team of developer relations professionals and will work towards promoting, onboarding, coordinating, and enabling developers to understand, adopt, and contribute to the Dynatrace Platform.

Requirements:

  • The candidate should have an approachable and empathetic personality, presentation skills, or a strong desire to improve public speaking abilities.
  • Prior experience in the developer community, creating and editing technical videos, and writing technical content like blog posts and tutorials is required.
  • Proficiency as a front-end developer, preferably in React and TypeScript, with additional knowledge of Java or .NET is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of previous developer relations experience is necessary, and familiarity with Dynatrace products is advantageous.
