The role is for a Senior Developer in the Calculations team, focusing on the design, maintenance, and development of backend calculation services related to legislative compliance, payroll, and HR.
The position emphasizes performance optimization, throughput, and accuracy in coding and innovative design.
Responsibilities include general coding, unit testing, and contributing to the PaySpace calculation services.
The developer will work in a cross-functional team that includes Frontend, Back-End, Full-Stack Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA’s.
Participation in product planning from discovery to deployment is expected, with input valued at all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle.

Requirements:

Expert knowledge of the latest versions of C#/.NET and .NET Core is required.
Proficiency in applying SOLID Principles is necessary.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps is required; knowledge of similar tools is acceptable for fast learners.
Experience in creating RESTful APIs is a must.
Familiarity with Dapper or a similar ORM is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer is necessary.
