Description:
The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for working on the Smartly Payroll System, a SaaS Online Payroll Product serving over 20,000 clients.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in both front and backend development, possess problem-solving skills, and excel in designing and writing clean code.
The role includes mentoring other developers.
The position requires experience in IT projects throughout various phases of the SDLC, full stack web development, proficiency in C# development and mentoring, at least 3 years of .Net development experience, and familiarity with web front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React, or ASP .Net Razor.
Additional requirements include knowledge of unit testing, TypeScript, software configuration management using tools like Git, service-oriented frameworks, business experience across industries, ability to implement complex features and unit tests, lead junior developers, provide guidance on best practices and design patterns, excellent communication skills, conceptual and problem-solving skills, quick learning of new technologies, teamwork, proactive issue handling, task management, and exposure to Public Cloud (Azure) as a bonus.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience working on IT projects across multiple phases of the SDLC.
Full stack web development experience.
Proficiency in developing and mentoring in C#.
At least 3 years of development experience in .Net.

Familiarity with service-oriented frameworks.
