Remote Senior Developer (reactjs & sharepoint)

Description:

• The Senior Developer at Datacom is responsible for developing and maintaining applications software, with a focus on writing code/programming.
• Responsibilities include leading development teams, designing, coding, testing, and installing applications programs in various languages and platforms.
• The role involves developing solution operating and system documentation, evaluating applications requirements, and ensuring systems are developed within budgets and time frames.
• The Senior Developer oversees the analysis, design, programming, debugging, and modification of computer programs for enterprise or end-user applications.
• Additional tasks include completing documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance, monitoring system performance, and analyzing and rectifying operating systems problems.

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of software and performance monitoring techniques, with strong financial management practices.
• 7+ years of experience in Software Development, including at least 3 years in a large IT site.
• Advanced skills in major programming languages like Reactjs, JavaScript, .Net, C#, PowerShell, and SQL development tools.
• Proficiency in Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), and Sharepoint.
• Ability to understand user needs and develop well-designed programs, along with good time and resource management skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent customer relationship building, and management skills.
• Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Consultative and planning skills, with the ability to escalate with a solution focus.
