As a Senior Developer at redbee, you will develop software using the Scrum methodology, producing high-quality features that adhere to acceptance criteria.
You will review the code of other developers to ensure they also build high-quality features and follow best practices.
Collaborate with project managers to implement end-to-end solutions for complex projects.
Create technical designs for features and work with architects to finalize the designs.
Maintain and support the applications you build.
Requirements:
You must have at least 5 years of proven experience in software development, with a particular focus on technologies such as Ruby (2.x/3.x) and Ruby on Rails (5.x/7.x).
Experience working within agile teams using methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is expected.
You should possess problem-solving skills to effectively resolve technical and performance issues, as well as troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent documentation practices are required, including the ability to create detailed technical documentation, sequence and activity diagrams, and architecture documentation.
A strong commitment to code quality and adherence to best development practices is expected.
Previous experience in the financial market and credit card industry is valued, although it is not a strict requirement.
You must have an advanced level of English, with the ability to interact daily with the United States.
