• Collaborate with project managers to implement end-to-end solutions for complex projects.
• Create technical designs for features and work with architects to finalize the designs.

Requirements:

• You must have at least 5 years of proven experience in software development, with a particular focus on technologies such as Ruby (2.x/3.x) and Ruby on Rails (5.x/7.x).
• Experience working within agile teams using methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is expected.
• You should possess problem-solving skills to effectively resolve technical and performance issues, as well as troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent documentation practices are required, including the ability to create detailed technical documentation, sequence and activity diagrams, and architecture documentation.
• A strong commitment to code quality and adherence to best development practices is expected.
• Previous experience in the financial market and credit card industry is valued, although it is not a strict requirement.
• You must have an advanced level of English, with the ability to interact daily with the United States.
