Remote Senior DevOps

Description:

• The Senior DevOps position involves leading the migration from TKGI to AKS, understanding both environments, identifying challenges, and creating a migration strategy.
• Responsibilities include overseeing AKS environment configuration, deployment, and management to ensure scalability, availability, and performance meet or exceed the current TKGI setup.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure a smooth transition and address technical issues during migration.
• Automation tasks involve enhancing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and other processes to streamline migration and AKS environment management.
• Emphasis on security best practices, proper AKS environment configuration, and compliance with standards.
• Establishing monitoring tools, alerts, and troubleshooting mechanisms to address performance or reliability issues.
• Documentation of migration processes, configurations, and best practices for team reference.

Requirements:

• DevOps Engineer experience with a successful track record in complex infrastructure migration projects.
• Proficiency in TKGI and AKS environments, including containerization, orchestration, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud services.
• Advanced English skills for effective communication with global teams and documentation purposes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, infrastructure as code, and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments, including network configuration and access controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical challenges.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
