Description:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at 3Pillar, you will play a crucial role in operational excellence and innovation across various industries.
You will ensure seamless integration and continuous delivery of projects, including urban living transformations and healthcare solutions.
Your responsibilities will include mentoring a dynamic team, optimizing deployment strategies, and implementing cutting-edge technologies.
You will manage the installation package for the drug dispensing machine on Windows using the proprietary tool Install Manager.
You will configure Windows and its features, such as WSL or Windows Update, and edit and create cmd and PowerShell files.
You will lead the design and enhancement of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, setting standards for excellence in automation and deployment.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
You must have 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with proficient coding skills in at least one programming language such as C#, Python, Java, or Go.
Knowledge of PowerShell and Bash is essential.
Experience with WSL or Windows Update is a plus.
You should have deep expertise in automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Advanced knowledge in monitoring, logging (Prometheus, ELK), source control (Git), networking, security, and database management is required.
Strong collaborative skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional English communication skills are required for effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to resolving system issues.
Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively are essential.
