Remote Senior DevOps Engineer

Description:

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform in Sift Healthcare's AWS environment, focusing on integrating with Snowflake.
• Automate deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines to enhance software delivery efficiency.
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud resources like compute instances, networking, and storage solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to define infrastructure requirements and implement solutions meeting business needs.
• Implement monitoring systems for infrastructure and applications health and performance.
• Integrate Snowflake into AWS for seamless data management and analytics.
• Ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery best practices in Sift Healthcare's infrastructure.
• Provide support for infrastructure-related issues to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience as a DevOps Engineer with expertise in Terraform, AWS services, and SecDevOps practices.
• Proficiency in AWS services like EC2, S3, VPC, and IAM.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and integrating it into AWS environments.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies and orchestration tools is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data science infrastructure is preferred.
