The Senior DevOps Engineer will own build and deployment automation for Vannevar Labs.

The engineer will develop, maintain, and be responsible for overall platform health, scaling, and planning.
Responsibilities include developing self-service tools, automating processes, building logging and monitoring tools, and implementing a secure DevOps pipeline.
The engineer will work on building out a multi-account AWS environment and automating build and deployment processes.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in DevOps or software engineering.
Experience in crafting CI/CD processes and automation is required.
Deep knowledge of AWS cloud technology is essential.
Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with infrastructure as code technologies like Terraform and Pulumi.
Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker is required.
Excellent skills in Python, Bash, or other scripting languages are necessary.
Experience working in an agile scrum environment and the ability to work independently are important.
Candidates must be able to quickly learn new and existing technologies.
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical capabilities are required.
U.S. Citizenship status is required due to access to U.S. only data systems and export-controlled data.

The salary range for this position is $150,000-$195,000, plus equity and 401K match.
