Remote Senior DevOps Engineer

Description:

• Oddball is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to contribute to a significant Federal program that positively impacts millions of Americans.
• The role involves collaborating with other DevOps engineers to establish best practices in the federal space.
• Responsibilities include creating and documenting CI/CD jobs, developing infrastructure using Terraform, writing Ansible playbooks, and building tools.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be US Citizens and able to work domestically.
• Applicants must be able to obtain a low-level security clearance.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Docker, CI/CD, DataDog, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch is necessary.
• Candidates should have the ability to create and support AWS environments, including ECS, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Skills in developing and improving CI/CD scripts and services for development and deployment are essential.
• Experience with Docker and container investigation is required.
• Candidates should be team players with the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of developers, managers, and product managers.
• Experience working with and supporting Terraform is necessary.
• Experience in Agile software development teams is preferred.
