Flowhub is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team in Denver, CO, or remotely.
The company aims to make legal cannabis accessible and has developed user-friendly business management and compliance products for the cannabis industry.
The role involves optimizing data systems for scalability and performance while ensuring engineering tools are secure and user-friendly.
Responsibilities include reconfiguring database settings, managing load, improving developer efficiency, and implementing security best practices.

Candidates should have deep experience with Postgres, GCP resource management, and familiarity with Clickhouse, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, and Gitlab.
Requirements:
Candidates must have deep experience with Postgres database systems setup and infrastructure.
Experience in managing resources in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is required.
Familiarity with Clickhouse, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes (preferably GKE), and Gitlab is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a remote environment and with a team focused on product/value delivery.
A strong understanding of system design and architecture decisions is essential.
Candidates should be pragmatic and flexible, with a focus on solving problems without over-engineering.
A data-driven approach to decision-making and a willingness to test hypotheses is required.
Experience with IAC tools, primarily Terraform, is necessary.
Knowledge of security best practices across infrastructure is required.
