Description:
Senior DevOps Engineers at Coconut Software act as technical leads for projects, creating solutions to enhance infrastructure.
The role involves evolving infrastructure, improving stability and performance, optimizing resource allocation, and innovating the CI/CD pipeline.

The position is ideal for self-starters who can operate with minimal supervision to deliver key initiatives.

Responsibilities include planning, deploying, and maintaining critical business applications, mentoring junior team members, and developing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
The engineer will lead reliability projects, support continuous deployment through cloud solutions, and utilize various open-source technologies.
Tasks include building web-based tools, writing scripts in multiple programming languages, configuring data sources, and managing source control.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience is required.
Candidates must have an expert understanding of DevOps engineering best practices.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an SRE or DevOps Engineer is necessary.
At least 3 years of cloud networking experience in a DevOps environment is required.
Experience in building Cloud Native web applications in AWS is essential.
Strong proficiency in Terraform is needed.
Extensive experience in implementing and managing Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD is required.
Fluency in monitoring tools and a strong background in Linux/Unix administration are necessary.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of code and scripting in PHP, Python, Perl, and/or Ruby.
Working experience with server architecture, DNS, ipv4/ipv6, and ACL is required.
Experience in managing MariaDB and Redis is necessary.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
Bonus points for candidates with experience or knowledge in the Financial Industry.
