Description:
Oddball is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to contribute to a significant Federal program that positively impacts millions of Americans' daily lives.
The role involves collaborating with other DevOps engineers to establish best practices in the federal space.
Responsibilities include creating and documenting CI/CD jobs, developing infrastructure using Terraform, writing Ansible playbooks, and building tools.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience with AWS tools such as EKS/Docker, S3 Replication/S3 cross account access, RDS Aurora Postgres, RedShift, EC2, NLB, and Secrets Manager.
Proficiency in Jenkins and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform is required.
Applicants should possess skills in developing and enhancing CI/CD scripts and services for both development and deployment.
Experience with Argo Workflow, AWS VPC/Networking, AWS Route 53, Certificates knowledge, AWS Security Hub, DevOps Best Practices, and AWS Fargate ECS is considered a plus.
A collaborative mindset is essential, as the candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team of developers, managers, and product managers.
Experience in Agile software development teams is necessary.
Candidates must be US Citizens and able to work domestically.
The ability to attain a low-level security clearance is required.
A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
